GEMPAK Scripting project

For this project, I created a series of GEMPAK scripts to create my own ETA model page. Currently, I have a series of product generation scripts for plan model data (e.g., 250wnd, 500temp, 850relh, 500hgt/vort, SLP, precip) and forecast soundings (e.g., OUN sounding)

These scripts are all executed in order with a master script. In the future, I plan to hook these into a cron script for automatic product generation

Also, I created some profiler scripts (e.g., Purcell profiler).
