6 May 2001 Marietta OK Tornado
On May 6, 2001, a weak tornado occurred several miles northwest of Marietta, Oklahoma.
The tornado last about 7 1/2 minutes, with one possible break in ground contact for about 30 seconds halfway
through the 7 1/2 minute span. The condensation funnel averaged between halfway and two-thirds of the way to
the ground, though occasionally extended all the way to the ground.
