This homework assignment is designed to familiarize you with how radiosonde data is coded, decoded and plotted.
Upper air data is available on rossby via the Weather command.
At the WEATHER> prompt
type /UA to access the raw coded data.
type /UADECODE to access tables of decoded observations
for Norman, type oun l to get the latest sounding data.

Decode the data above and plot on the skew-T ln p diagram given to you.
Please list the pressure, temperature, dewpoint, wind speed, and wind direction as well as
the height values for the mandatory levels. Locate any inversions on the skew-T.
You will hand in one sheet of decoded data and one skew-T diagram, with a cover sheet, stapled together.
