Left Norman around 11:00pm. Tracked small storm south of Noble, photographed lightning for a few minutes before it
died. I was pulled over in Purcell for driving 65 in a 45 zone, and the cop let me go because being from
Oregon I would have had to go to the local police department and put down $130 before I could leave... no
on-the-spot ticketing for Oregonians in Oklahoma due to Oregon being non-compliant with some OK laws.
Wonderful. He was nice about it though, and the 45 mph zone caught me by suprise.
