OU SCAMS is an organization dedicated to all OU students interested in meteorology. Members need not be meteorology majors to become involved.

Joining is simple - just attend any meeting! Check the calendar for meeting dates and times, which are also posted around the National Weather Center.

Dues for 2012-2013 are $15/semester, or $25/year.

• Get to know other meteorology students with whom you may have never had contact
• Mingle with faculty members and meteorology professionals
• We frequently invite speakers from the meteorological community to give presentations at meetings
• Upon joining OU SCAMS, you automatically become a member of COCAMS (Central Oklahoma Chapter of the AMS). COCAMS meetings are held in NWC Room 1350. Please check their website for regular updates.
