Activities

SAC organizes several events throughout the academic year. The Multicultural Dinner is a potluck dinner that typically takes place during the fall semester. Students and faculty are encouraged to bring a dish to share and prizes are given out for the best dishes. Town Hall meetings are held during the spring semester for both undergraduate and graduate students. These meetings provide an outlet for students to express their concerns about the department. In addition, SAC runs a Tutoring Program and supports the National Weather Center Benefit Bash.
