<TD>Andy's undergrad home for 5 years. &nbsp We drove around the night before and decided to take a pic today.</TD>

<TD>Before leaving the area, we had to stop by the Salt Lake City weather service forecast office. &nbsp I enjoyed my conversation with one of the forecasters, Mark, who was working on the "fire weather forecast" for the SLC warning area. &nbsp It was also neat to see inside a NWS building - this was my first venture into what I term the "nuts and bolts" of US weather forecasting.</TD>

    <TD><center><img src="DSCN0163.jpg"></center></TD>
<TD>Aren't Utah's mountains just plain awesome? &nbsp I believe this is the where we ate lunch - just south of Marysvale, UT.</TD>

<TD>We detoured through Bryce Canyon NP on the way toward the Grand Canyon. &nbsp This place was absolutely stunning - one day I shall return and spend more than 30 minutes here!</TD>

<TD>And one day I'll learn to utilize the 'review' functions of my digital camera ... and then I'll know to re-take the shot when I screw up and get a bit of my finger! &nbsp But finger and all, this place rocks!</TD>

<TD>Yep, I'm getting over my fear of heights pretty well ... or maybe since I'm looking through the camera screen, it doesnt seem like such a huge dropoff.</TD>
