Hello, Welcome to my web page. My name is Barry Martin. I just graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Meteorology and a minor in Math. My home town is
Rochester, Massachusetts. My main interest in weather is mesoscale meteorology. I have been a research
assistant
at
the NSSL for about two years now. I was able to participate in the STEPS field study with a lightning team from the Lab. It
was
the best experience of my life.
This web page is very simple compared to my last one. I have a great number of

The crew are getting ready to launch. That big yellow tube holds the balloon, and instruments that measure E field, and the thermodynamic structure of the atmosphere are attached. Once the crew is ready, the balloon is launched and data is collected.
