  • Homework from class on Aug 26 is to read the Intro and Chapter 1 (USA's Wild Weather) from The Weather Book and be prepared for a quiz on the reading when class resumes on Sept. 9.

    OOPS! I made a correction on Homework 13. Question 11 should refer to Question 10, not 8.

    [Homework 13] (Week of Dec. 2): Make-up Assignment (Due Dec. 9) --- This is an optional assignment. If you want to make up a missing assignment or want to replace a bad one, do this assignment. If you feel comfortable with where you stand, you have no homework for this week. However, there will still be a quiz the last week, December 9th.
