The Latest Encounters...
Well, hopefully this is the beginning of a long, successful chase log...
However, given my uncanny ability to repel storms...or any significant
weather for that matter...from a particular area, that goal may be an
unlikely one. Otherwise, I haven't had a lot of time lately to scan in
many of my weather pics. As time permits I'll add some more. To view one of
the chase logs, click on the date of the appropriate chase in the list below.

- Storms anyone???
Well, this year appears to be a complete bust for me... With the only few
storms this spring strategically occurring the days of or just before
Dynamics 1 tests or when I've been working, I have not been on one chase
this year. The highlights of this storm season were, one, an unexpected
(i.e., I wasn't purposely chasing) dust storm kicked-up by outflow from a
shower near Dimmitt, TX in mid-May and, two, missing an F3 tornado, while
I was back home, near Leitchfield, KY on May 23rd because I slept-in that
day.
